The cartoonist's role is not so much to instruct his audience, or illuminate the Truth, as it is to simply take an honest stand and present it vehemently enough so that it must be confronted. This constitutes the power of the cartoon to stimulate discussion and debate. And this is the cartoon's positive function in society-Bill Watterson

An exercise: Every now and then, ,I will be doing some caricatures of politicians in Singapore.I don't think I will be doing the nice, cute presentable kind of caricatures as seen in the straits times.(i am not able , anyway) , so my apologies if anyone felt I do not capture the likeness of the politicans I will do drawing.It is more an exercise for me to practise my craft.
