you are right....i think S$100, will not be a deterrent but a good revenue stream...hahahha...if they dont want the locals to go in, jsut do what they do in korea....locals are not allowed, period..

hahaha, if you can't afford to pay 100 bucks upfront that means you can't afford to gamble,

means testing if you like.

Incidentally I was told, the S$100 collected is meant to help gamblers deal with their gambling addition problems, just like the increase in GST is to help the poor.
