The cartoonist's role is not so much to instruct his audience, or illuminate the Truth, as it is to simply take an honest stand and present it vehemently enough so that it must be confronted. This constitutes the power of the cartoon to stimulate discussion and debate. And this is the cartoon's positive function in society-Bill Watterson

Hi,

I'm a burmese and have been working in S'pore for many years as IT professional. I have been subscribing your sketches by email and i'm very much pleased to see this sketch. Pls let the world knows the brutality and cruality of burmese junta to its own people. You can refer to this blog for photos in Burma. http://ko-htike.blogspot.com

Thank you.
