This is no accurate, not accurate at all.
Wherever I go, be it the library, supermarket, MRT, coffee shop...I encounter nutheads coughing or sneezing out loud, in pleasurable relief, with their mouths wide open, without even a hint of tissue paper, not to mention masks.
