it has to be nothing less than outstanding performance to receive 8 months bonuses, then Mayor Teo and Lim B H should be proud to show us the proof.

Indeed. To get so much bonus means that they must have been doing something outstanding. Strangely, they do not tell anyone of the things they did. hmmm?
